Service Charges
At the beginning of the financial year, leaseholders were provided with an estimated bill of what we anticipate being spent in the year on services to you. The actual cost of services have now been calculated and you should now have received your final bill in the post.
If you are experiencing difficulties paying your service charges, or if you have a general query about the bill that you have received, please contact Customer Services Team on 020 3701 3658, email pinnacle@newham.gov.uk or drop into our Nelson Street Housing office.
Remember If you rent out your property please let us know your forwarding address, telephone number and email for emergencies. You must also obtain a license from the Newham Private Rented Property team.
