Get Involved

Communication is an important part of our relationship with residents. It allows us to hear your views about the services that we provide. We can then use those views in the decision making process.

There are many ways that residents can get involved to influence the decisions which affect the services they receive.

Estate Inspections

Love where you live? Want to make your estate or block an even better to live? Join us on our Estate Inspections and get your views heard and your estate/block improved. If you want to be part of the team who inspects your estates, just turn up at 10.30am at the meeting points listed here. Or if you tell us beforehand you’ll be attending and we’ll ring you when we arrive. 

You can also find your Cleaning, Grounds Maintenance and Communal Window Cleaning schedules on your block notice boards. 

Resident Panel Meetings

The Resident Panel, made up of residents of the Custom House PFI, meets once a month to discuss the day-to-day management of the estate and the housing management work of Pinnacle, and repairs and maintenance work of Rydon. Meetings are supported by Pinnacle, with attendance from Rydon representatives, and take place in person, at 55 Ruscoe Road at 4pm on the first Tuesday of every month. Leasehold Surgeries

Leasehold Surgeries take place quarterly and are 1:1 opportunities for leaseholders to discuss leasehold specific issues, such as upcoming major works and service charges, with our dedicated team.
