Fire at Ruscoe Road!

Sad news this month from the communal lounge at 55 Ruscoe Road, where there’s been a small fire

Everyone at Ruscoe is absolutely fine, but as you can see the hall has looked better. This well loved and well used space is going to be out of action for the near future while Rydon sort everything out, but community activities will return in the coming months and we look forward to welcoming you all. To quote the late, great Maya Angelou: But still, like dust, I’ll rise.

For up-to-date calendar of events at Ruscoe:

There is no shortage of green spaces around the Canning Town estate, from little areas of grass to communal beds planted with shrubs.

And if you’ve ever looked at any of it and thought you’d like to adopt it as a vegetable patch, nature garden or somewhere to grow flowers, we’d really like to hear from you.

We’d like to support residents to develop Grow Your Own Areas, particularly if there is a group of you who can share the watering and weeding, primping and pruning, between you.

The Grounds Maintenance Team are happy to help as and when you need it, and if you’re interested in hearing more or proposing a space near you, please get in touch with sam.mason@pinnaclegroup.co.uk or call the office via the number 020 3701 3658
