Mutual Exchange Info
When completing a Mutual Exchange, Newham Council are no longer using the paper Mutual Exchange application forms. Mutual Exchanges are now completed via HomeSwapper.
Any Newham Council tenant wishing to exchange their home, will need to head to the Newham website, to complete a HomeSwapper application form. Links for this form are also on the Newham website.
