Performance Information Survey: Next Steps

Thank you to everyone who filled out the survey we sent out earlier this year on Performance Information. Our aim is to improve the performance information we share with residents, so we asked you which areas of our work are of interest. The areas most frequently selected were:

  • Wardens

  • Cleaning

  • Dangerous or offensive material

  • Grass cutting

  • Phone call answering

  • Stage one complaints

  • Customer service availability

  • Racial incidents

  • Investigations

  • Adaptations

  • Door entry breakdowns

  • Welfare checks

  • Vandalism
