A Quarter of a Century: Congratulations to Winston!

A huge congratulations to our very own Bulk Waste Operative, Winston Russell, who recently celebrated 25 years at Pinnacle! We’re thrilled to celebrate Winston’s remarkable dedication; his hard work and commitment have been vital to the success of our frontline operations in Canning Town.

To mark this milestone, Pinnacle Group’s Chief Executive, Peregrine Lloyd, personally met with Winston to thank him for his exceptional service. As a token of appreciation, Winston was presented with a commemorative trophy and a £500 cheque. We caught up with Winston to pick his brains on his quarter of a century at Pinnacle:

What has been the most rewarding aspect of working at Pinnacle Group that has made you stay for 25 years? Pinnacle has always made me feel like part of the family. I truly appreciate the equal treatment we all receive, no matter our roles. I've watched Pinnacle grow from a small company in Shoreditch to a UK-wide organisation, and I’m incredibly proud to be part of that journey.
